  2 night minimum  
3 night minimum for Holidays 
(owner reserves right to limit number of guests) 
 $ 100 cleaning fee per stay
Rates do not include cleaning fee  
$200 refundable deposit at time of reservation
(deposit will be refunded after housekeeping review)
