This upscale vacation cottage is located 65 miles east of Nashville in Blue Water Bay Resort on beautiful Center Hill Lake. A perfect getaway retreat featuring 14oo square feet of decks for lots of outdoor living and fabulous views of the rolling hills and Center Hill Lake . There is sleeping capacity for 6-8 comfortably and 4 full private baths. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds, bedroom 3 has a full size bed w/ single bunk over, and there is a seperate area with a set of bunk beds. The cottage has 3 flat screen TVs with Direct TV service. A pool table in the rec room and playstation in the game room are also available. The gas grill is on the top deck convenient to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for in house meals and a washer/dryer is available. The Blue Water Pool and Fitness Center is available for your use during your stay . Enjoy a short walk to the lake via the community Lake Trail. The cottage has been professionally decorated and furnished providing maximum enjoyment during your Center Hill Lake getaway. 

   
   

This beautiful scenic area of Middle Tennessee offers an abundance of activities or if you choose, nothing at all. There are grocery stores and local restaurants/cafes in the immediate area for your convenience. Cookeville (home of Tennessee Tech University) is approximately 35 minutes away with good shopping choices and an abundance of national and local restaurants as well as a 10 screen cinema.
